ZarinPal Merchant Analytics — Frontend

Persian RTL merchant analytics panel built with SvelteKit 2, Svelte 5, strict TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS v4.

Current state: design/specification only. No frontend scaffold or runtime code has been approved yet.
